This is a large Lesson with Group 1 and Group 2 introducing the origin and modern versions of some of the most amazing cars and manufactures ever as well as famous drivers in several categories. This Lesson is pure elective with a whole lot of research involved and lots history to uncover. The rational for this elective Lesson is to simply explore the history of the auto and to allow the photos and stories behind theses wheeled inventions to come alive to Students of all ages. There is no prerequisite for this Lesson and no required resources. A dictionary or thesaurus is recommended to look up meanings of words to help expand your vocabulary. Upon successful completion of this Lesson, the Student(s) will be able to: Explain accurately the origins of the automobile, and describe and explain methods of progress since the 1600s.
