There are 4 Parts to this Lesson, and are organized so that you can get a better idea of how psychology works; from basic theories and principles, through research, understanding and explaining results, to the actual application of psychological techniques and desired outcomes. Students will get a first-hand look at how the messages of both Torah (Old Testament or the Tanakh) and the Good News of Yahshua (Jesus Christ) in the New Testament come together to form a backdrop for how God designed our brain and bodies. This Lesson is designed to give you a general idea of what psychology is, how data is gathered and developed, what we know about ourselves, and how psychology is applied to help improve our lives.
