This is a five-part Lesson wherein Student(s) will be introduced to my book, Breaking Free designed originally to help military members with combat trauma, traumatic brain injuries and PTSD. This Lesson will be different from all my others, as I will be taking portions out of my book and inserting them into this Lesson on how to break free from stress and the stigma of PTSD. In this Lesson I will not be giving advice on what therapy one should undertake, or what medication one should expect to receive for this type of cognitive, emotional and psychological condition—the stress and stigma of PTSD and other related brain injuries. Breaking Free is currently out of print; however, I do expect sometime soon to run a third printing in order to be able to offer the entire book with all of its activities, exercises, therapy options and comments that go far deeper than this Lesson on stress and stigma. I hope you will gain the necessary information that you're looking for in this Lesson #42 to either start or expand your road to healing with either yourself, a loved one, or someone you know who is currently suffering from stress and the stigma of PTSD.
