In this two-part Lesson, Students will learn a simple acrostic called E.D.S.A.M.: Education, Direction, Support, Application and Management. This Lesson is designed to help understand what it takes to make positive changes in multiple areas of one’s life, regardless of category or status. Student will learn to recognize one’s purpose in God’s eyes, research situation specific information about condition and treatment options, organize a coherency between medical, spiritual, psychological, and legal powers, and to focus on goals for recovery by choosing a path towards healing. Each Student will develop an Action Plan, identify obstacles and how to overcome them, choose an accountability partner, practice relationship-stabilizing activities, how to build up your faith, and to learn from mistakes to inspire others.
